Wash hands: Clean your hands using mild soap and water, then dry them with a lint-free towel before touching your lenses.
\nRub and rinse: Place a lens in your palm, add a few drops of freshlook multi-purpose contact lens solution, and gently rub it with your index finger for 10 to 20 seconds. Rinse both sides with the solution for 5 seconds.
\nSoak: Place the lens in a clean case filled with fresh multi-purpose solution. Let the lenses soak for at least 4 to 6 hours to fully disinfect.
\nNever reuse solution: Dump out the old solution from the case every time. Never “top off” or mix old solution with fresh solution.
