Daily Cleaning and Disinfecting Steps:

Wash hands: Clean your hands using mild soap and water, then dry them with a lint-free towel before touching your lenses.
Rub and rinse: Place a lens in your palm, add a few drops of freshlook multi-purpose contact lens solution, and gently rub it with your index finger for 10 to 20 seconds. Rinse both sides with the solution for 5 seconds.
Soak: Place the lens in a clean case filled with fresh multi-purpose solution. Let the lenses soak for at least 4 to 6 hours to fully disinfect.
Never reuse solution: Dump out the old solution from the case every time. Never “top off” or mix old solution with fresh solution.
Contact Lens Case Care
Empty and dry: After putting your lenses in your eyes, empty the storage case completely.
Rinse case: Rinse the case with fresh multi-purpose solution, never tap water.
Air dry: Wipe the case with a clean tissue and store it upside down with the caps off.
Replace often: Throw away and replace your contact lens case at least every 3 months.
Important Dos and Don’ts
No tap water: Never use tap water, bottled water, or saliva to clean, rinse, or store lenses. It can introduce dangerous microorganisms like Acanthamoeba.
For extra extra care: No sleeping or swimming: Remove your lenses before going to sleep, showering, or swimming to avoid severe water-borne infections.
Follow schedules: Only wear your lenses for the prescribed replacement timeline (daily, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Seek help for irritation: Remove your lenses immediately and call your eye doctor if you experience eye redness, pain, unusual discharge, or vision changes
